DEX 2026 Conference
Aerial UTS Function Centre, Sydney
With real-world insights across intranets, digital workplaces & digital employee experience, DEX 2026 is the only conference in this field in Australia that puts the practitioner at the front and centre.
Learn from your colleagues. Grow your network. Be inspired.
Whether you’re managing an intranet migration, driving the build and adoption of AI agents, or re-designing your digital internal comms strategy, DEX 2026 will give you access to practitioners who’ve had a positive impact on their organisation’s digital employee experience.
From leading-edge big budget initiatives, to one-person teams who are going ‘back to basics’. Our speakers have been through the journey, shed the blood sweat and tears, and can share their successes (and failures!).

No sponsors, just great presentations
Step Two conferences and events are unique in being sponsor-free. Our speakers don’t have hidden agendas or sales targets and there are no exhibition stands to distract from meaningful peer connection during the breaks. Instead, the content and agenda is carefully curated to showcase real-world success stories, so that every single delegate returns to work feeling inspired and energised.
Focus on community
The sponsor-free approach means that our single focus is on enhancing the community experience. Our aim is to create a relaxed and inviting environment where you can grow your professional network, have meaningful discussions, and learn new skills and concepts. We’re delighted that many of our delegates return year after year, and site DEX as their annual must-have conference.
